Atlanta Notes | Phoenix Notes

ATLANTA – The Atlanta Dream will wrap up a three-game road trip against the Phoenix Mercury this Friday, August 16th at Talking Stick Arena. Tip-off is set for 10:00 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network.

The Dream (5-20) head to Phoenix after a close four-point loss in Las Vegas, where five players scored in double digits behind Jessica Breland’s 18 points and Marie Gülich’s first career double-double.

The Mercury (11-13) will be without star center Brittney Griner as she serves a three-game suspension. With rookie Brianna Turner – the Dream’s 2019 WNBA Draft First Round selection – filling in for Griner, the Mercury fell to the Connecticut Sun, 79-71, on Wednesday.
