Dream Guest Service and Ticket Representatives will be located inside Gateway Center Arena to the right of the main entrance at the top of section 108 throughout the game for any questions.

Bag Policy:
The Gateway Center Arena Clear Bag Policy strictly limits the size and types of bags that are permitted in an effort to keep all guests safe while attending an event. Backpacks, purses (other than small clutches), and diaper bags are not permitted.

  • Each guest may carry one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” or a 1-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, guests may also carry in a small clutch purse no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap, subject to search.

Cashless:
For all events at Gateway Center Arena, cash will not be accepted for parking, concessions, etc. All major credit cards accepted (except Discover Card). Apple Pay and other apps not accepted at this time. Convenient Tap & Pay options will be available.

PARKING
The Gateway Center Arena & GICC parking area is five conjoined surface parking lots accessible at the east and west entrances during high volume events. Our parking facility is staffed with knowledgeable and courteous parking attendants and includes 30 accessible spaces. Parking price may change based on the event. Pre-pay for Parking:
Pre-paid parking is now available through Ticketmaster! This will make parking purchases easier and allow faster access into Gateway Center Arena parking lots. Just go to Ticketmaster.com or the Ticketmaster app and search for “Atlanta Dream parking” and select the game you are going to.

Bally Sports South’s season-long coverage will begin with the team’s game at the Minnesota Lynx on Tuesday, May 23, airing on Bally Sports Southeast and streaming on the Bally Sports app beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET. Friday Nights:
Nine Friday night Dream games will also air nationally on ION TV, beginning with the Dream’s June 2nd home game against the Las Vegas Aces.

National Games:
The Dream will also have four games air on CBS Sports Network, two games on ESPN and eight on NBA TV. A number of games will be available for fans to stream as well, with two Twitter games, three on Amazon Prime Video, and three streaming through ESPN3.

Television Broadcast Crew:  
The broadcast team for Dream games on Bally Sports returns for their third season together in 2023. Angel Gray is back for her third season as play-by-play announcer, while LaChina Robinson and Tabitha Turner will split time as analysts again this season. Robinson returns for her 14th season with the Dream, while Turner will provide commentary for a fifth consecutive season.

GIVEAWAYS
At select games throughout the year, fans can expect to find t-shirts, trading cards and other Dream swag at their seats or handed out at the entrances before the game starts.

During games, the Atlanta Dream Hype Squad tosses t-shirts courtesy of Georgia Lottery in the first and second half. Also pay attention during breaks in the game as in-game host Bria Janelle will be giving away special Dream swag during select games as well. Last year included special Dream edition X-Box’s, All Star gear, player autographed items and more!

THEME GAMES
5/28 – Home Opener
The Atlanta Dream will tip off the season with a SOLD-OUT crowd at Gateway Center Arena where the energy from 2022 is back but elevated for the 2023 season! This game will be a celebration of the start of the season. All fans will get to see the newly branded arena, get access to the brand-new merch line, and all will get a free T-shirt on their seats. Baby Tate will perform at halftime.

6/11 – Praise ATL
The Atlanta Dream will bring back their popular Faith & Family game, now called Praise ATL. This game will be a celebration of the faith-based community in Atlanta and feature performances by popular Atlanta-based artists like Canton Jones who will perform at halftime. The Dream will debut their retail collaboration with God is Dope with limited edition merchandise for sale.

6/23 – Sneakerhead Night

Sneaker culture and Atlanta culture are synonymous, and this game will be all about the kicks. From the sneakers our players sport to museum-style sneaker displays on the concourse to sneaker artists in the house, we will celebrate the fashion and style known as sneaker culture in the ATL.  For halftime fans will enjoy a performance from Roscoe Dash.

6/30 – Pride Night

For Pride night we will celebrate Atlanta’s thriving LGBTQ community.  Inside the arena, we will deck the building out in a vivid Pride-themed montage including fan giveaways, merchandise and more. The Atlanta Gay Men’s Choir will sing the anthem, with a halftime performance by Victor Jackson. Pride t-shirts will be on sale at the Dream Drip Shop in the arena.

7/18 – ‘90s Night
We will reach back in time to the 90’s and celebrate “Old” Atlanta. The evening will lean into this special period around the city from the music to the gear to the kicks and more. With 112 performing at halftime and the first-ever WNBA starter jacket on sale, we aim to attract anyone excited to celebrate the 90s!

7/25 – Superhero Night
Superhero night will bring the fun around comic book culture to the Atlanta Dream. We are partnering with local artist King Pop to design super-hero themed game components for fans to enjoy. The evening will feature incredible graphics, fun giveaway and more. This theme will also tie in the fact these amazing athletes are superheroes in their own right. The halftime performance will be Suni MF.

7/30 – Tribute to John Lewis / Back to School Night

Beloved Atlanta Civil Rights activist and politician John Lewis was laid to rest on July 30, 2020 and in honor of Lewis Legacy Week, the Dream will celebrate his life and honor his legacy at this game. Details forthcoming.

8/6 – Taste of the Southside

Taste of the Southside will bring local ATL restaurants and food trucks to Gateway Arena. Before the game, we will create a pre-game food truck arena with food and beer vendors to provide fans a fun experience. We will partner with the GICC and the ATL Airport District to bring in local College Park restaurants to host a pregame “Taste of the Southside.” We envision a pregame food truck area in the lot with some beer vendors providing fans a fun experience.

8/22 – Divine Nine

Our Divine Nine night will focus our attention on the nine historically Black Greek Letter Organizations. In partnership with the National Panhellenic Council, the Dream will bring in Divine Nine activations to the game that represent the culture of each organization. Crime Mob will perform at halftime.

8/29 – HBCU

The Atlanta Dream’s HBCU game will be a night to celebrate Atlanta’s HBCU community. The evening will be full of HBCU-focused activations and experiences. The Dream will partner with Legacy History Pride, for the second year in a row, to drop an exclusive hoodie at the game. HBCU specific performances will be announced later this summer.

  • Dream Tip Off: As a showing of energy and support, all Dream fans stand for the start of EVERY game from tip off to the first DREAM bucket, and then take their seats.
  • Swag Surf: A tradition started in ATL within the Dream arena and has now spread to the entire WNBA! We all swag surf together in second half to the hit song “Swag Surfin” by Fly / Fast Life Yungstaz. In his own words: ““The ‘Swag Surfin” significance isn’t even about the song or the dance, it’s about the action of joining your fellow man or woman for at least a few minutes.”
  • Player Drip Wall: A Dream tradition where players show out upon entering the arena for social media to highlight Dream basketball culture and lifestyle.
  • Locked In, ALL IN!: A mantra from coach Tanisha Wright, these words are the last thing the players say to each other and see on the wall before they take the court! Locked in, ALL IN!
  • Heat Check: In-Arena host Bria Janelle does a sneaker check to show off Dream fan’s style and shoe game.
  • Atlanta Drum Academy: A local youth group of drummers who can keep a mean beat and get the crowd off their feet for every game.
  • ATL Dream Team: Powered by the Renee Montgomery Foundation (Dream Co-Owner and VP), the Dream will honor organizations around the Atlanta community to highlight them during the game (i.e. Georgia Pearls, Boys & Girls Club, Girl Scouts, Dr. Bernice King and the King Center members, MVK, etc)
  • Coach T “Shout Outs:” Coach Tanisha Wright encourages players to shout out each other after practice, after games and after big moments to recognize achievements and the hard work put in…win or lose!

Dream Courtside Club:

The Dream Courtside Club is located courtside at the far end of the arena and features premium southern comfort food options from Chef Blake and a place to relax and enjoy a cold drink while you watch the game. This experience is only available for guests sitting in the first two rows, as well as Dream VIPs and Partners.

Premium Beverages:
Through the Atlanta Dream’s partnership with Crown Royal, guests can purchase specialty cocktails at every home game. Additionally, fans will have the opportunity to enjoy complimentary samples of specialty cocktails during select home games. Crown Royal will provide full size samples of their newest products on the concourse of Gateway Arena. Proof of ID and age will be required.

Dream Drip @ Ponce City Market:

Fans will also enjoy an improved experience when shopping Atlanta Dream merchandise this season, including an opportunity to visit the Dream’s first-ever brick and mortar pop-up shop in Ponce City Market and a retail website optimized for improved user experience. The Dream’s pop-up shop will open Wednesday, May 31 at the Citizen Supply Marketplace on the second floor of Ponce City Market. The 100-square-foot space will feature exclusive pieces from the Dream’s new lifestyle collection – which gives a nod to Atlanta’s deep women’s basketball culture. New Dream Collabs:

Playa Society 

Founded by athlete and designer Esther Wallace, Playa Society started out as a project to promote representation for women in sports. It has since grown into a platform rooted in design and storytelling for female athletes and their fans. The Atlanta Dream x Playa Society collection will feature a bold t-shirt, hoodie and shorts set, highlighting the Atlanta Dream name.

God is Dope

God is Dope is an Atlanta-based spiritual and religious clothing line that brings awareness to God through fashion apparel and influence. The Atlanta Dream collab with God is Dope will debut at the Atlanta Dream’s “Praise ATL” theme night on June 11 against the Connecticut Sun. The collection will highlight the tagline “God Don’t Miss”, featured on warm-up shirts for players, replica basketball jerseys for player and coach game day walk-ins and a t-shirt that will be sold at the game inside the Dream Drip Shop.

Kur8ted

Kur8ted is a creative incubator led by founder and lead creative strategist Shirley B Short, who spent 17 years at Madison Square Garden as a merch executive before starting the brand. The retail brand engineers timeless and relevant merchandise platforms anchored in modern design and rooted in community. The Atlanta Dream x Kur8ted collection will feature a red Dream hoodie with satin stitching, a short sleeve hoodie, shorts set and an Atlanta Dream cardigan sweater.

FISLL

Launched by 2x NBA All-Star Alan Houston, FISLL is a social impact brand focused on equipping people to live better, perform better and lead better. The Atlanta Dream x FISLL collection will feature a black Atlanta Dream hoodie and a dip-dyed hoodie.

Legacy History Pride 

Founded by Tahir Murray, LHP is a collegiate lifestyle apparel brand centered at the heart of HBCU clothing. The Atlanta Dream and Legacy History Pride started their partnership in 2022 and will expand upon it in 2023 with a featured Atlanta Dream x LHP hoodie that will debut at the Atlanta Dream’s annual HBCU Night on August 28 against the Phoenix Mercury.
