The Atlanta Dream have signed 5-11 guard Maya Caldwell to a hardship contract, the organization announced today.
The University of Georgia graduate played in three regular season games with the Dream after being signed to a hardship contract earlier this season, where she scored 18 points in her WNBA debut to help Atlanta defeat Dallas on June 21. She was called up to the Dream’s training camp ahead of the 2022 season and played in both preseason games with Atlanta.
Caldwell will be available for Wednesday night’s game against the Indiana Fever and will wear No. 33.
