Doors open one hour before tip-off. Full and Half Season Dream Elite Ticket Members with a valid credential may enter 90 minutes before tip-off.

We accept all major credit cards except Discover.

Backpacks, purses, and oversized bags are not permitted inside the arena. Please review the clear bag policy HERE, before arrival.

For a seamless entry experience, we recommend downloading your tickets to your mobile device before arriving.

Take MARTA to the Airport Station and follow the overhead signs and hallway placards toward the Rental Car Center.

Exit through the west end of the terminal and continue under the covered walkway. Take the escalator up to the station and board the ATL SkyTrain for a free, quick two-minute ride to Gateway Station.
