ATLANTA (May 16, 2019) – The Atlanta Dream will play their third preseason game of the week this Friday, May 17, as the Dream host the Washington Mystics at the Albany Civic Center in Albany, Ga. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.

The Dream defeated the Dallas Wings (82-50) and the New York Liberty (92-87) earlier this week at the Connecticut Sun’s preseason tournament, coming out of the two-day event as the only team to go 2-0.

Reigning WNBA Coach of the Year Nicki Collen leads 14 players to southern Georgia this week, as Elizabeth Williams and Haley Peters have returned to the roster after fulfilling overseas obligations. Angel McCoughtry will travel with the team but will sit out as she continues rehabbing a knee injury she suffered late last season.

The team made two roster updates following the trip to Connecticut, waiving guard Meme Jackson and trading center Imani McGee-Stafford for a 2020 third-round draft pick.

The Dream tip-off the 2019 season Friday, May 24 against the Dallas Wings at State Farm Arena at 7:30 p.m. Season, group and single game tickets are available now. For more information, visit atlantadream.net or call 877.977.7729.
