Acesses the portal here, select login by selecting the account Icon or the “Manage Events” button.
Enter your account information here.
Welcome to your account manager! Here you can manage all of your tickets and details

 

HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS

See Details
After logging in to your account select the 3 lines at the top left of the screen.
Select the “View Event Details” button on the game you would like to transfer tickets from.
Select “More” when looking at the event details
Select “Transfer” when looking at the event details
Select the seats you would like to transfer.

 

You can add a new recipient by clicking the “Add New Recipient” button or select a recipient from a previous transfers below it. You can also include a message to the receiving party.

 

 

HOW TO UPGRADE YOUR SEATS

After logging in to your account select the 3 lines at the top left of the screen.
Select the very first option. The “My Events” option on this screen.
Select the “View Event Details” button on the game you would like to transfer tickets from.
Select the “More” button under the game information.
Select “Seat Upgrade” on the menu.

 

 

Select the seats you’d like to upgrade.
If seats are available to upgrade they will be listed. Simply select the upgraded seat and continue with the process.

 

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR SEATS

After logging in to your account select the 3 lines at the top left of the screen.
Select the very first option. The “My Events” option on this screen.
Select the “View Event Details” button on the game you would like to transfer tickets from.
Select the “More” button under the game information.
Select “Exchange” option on the menu.
Select the tickets you’d like to exchange.
Select the game you’d like to exchange tickets for.
Choose your new seats once the map opens to open seating.
Add your new seats to your cart.
Your seat credits will be applied at checkout.
Enter all of the information for the ticket delivery, accept the terms and conditions, and hit “Place Order”.
Once you have placed your order, you should reach a confirmation page and receive a confirmation in your email.

HOW TO PAY YOUR INVOICES

After logging in to your account select the 3 lines at the top left of the screen.
Select the very first option. The “My Invoices” option on this screen.
Select the invoice you want to pay
If the invoice is payed it will look like the above. If there is a remaining balance you will continue on to enter in your information to pay the invoice.

What is my 2024 Season Ticket Account Number?
Log into your Atlanta Dream Account Manager using your email address associated with your account to view your account number.

Can I manage my season tickets on my mobile phone?
Yes, you can do so using your Atlanta Dream Account Manager.

How can I submit a Payment for my Season Tickets?

Log in to your Account Manager to view your 2024 Invoice and you can pay through their.

How can I update the contact information on my account?
Dream Elite Members can update account information through the “Edit My Profile” in their account manager.

Can I sell my tickets?
Yes, when you can’t go to the game — Members can sell their game tickets directly to other Dream fans using the official WNBA Ticket Exchange powered by Ticketmaster. For a Step by Step process, please see your Dream Elite Member Tutorial

How can I update the credit card for my monthly payment?

Please contact the service team by emailing MemberServices@AtlantaDream.Com  to update your preferred payment method. You can also login to your Atlanta Dream Account Manager to add your new method of payment.

How can I upgrade or add-on seats?

Through your Atlanta Dream Account Manager under “add seats”

Where can I view my invoice?

To view your invoice please log into your Atlanta Dream Account Manager and click Invoices in the top left corner.

I believe there is a discrepancy on my invoice, or I have a general invoice question. Who should I contact?

How do I update the credit card on file?

To update your credit card on file, please log into your Atlanta Dream Account Manager. Once logged in, please select your 2024 invoice for payment options. Credit cards must be updated at least one business day in advance of reoccurring monthly payment dates.

Will my payment plan installments be automatically charged?

Yes, payments will be automatically charged. Once Members have signed up for a payment plan, no further action is needed!

Can I pay off my tickets early if I’m on a payment plan?

If you would like to pay off your tickets early, or make an early installment payment, please log into your Atlanta Dream Account Manager and select Pay Invoices

I need to update my mailing address. Where can I do that?

Please make sure to verify or update your contact information prior to the renewal deadline. Changes to your contact information (mailing address and phone number(s) associated with your account) can be updated online through your Atlanta Dream Account Manager

I need to update my email address. Where can I do that?

Your email address can be updated by emailing your Membership Consultant or MemberServices@AtlantaDream.com

I need to reset my Atlanta Dream Account Manager password. Where can I do that?

Passwords can be reset, if lost or forgotten, by logging on to your Atlanta Dream Account Manager, selecting “Sign In” in the upper right corner of the page, and then “Forgot Password”.

Can I transfer ownership of my tickets to a friend or family member?

Season ticket accounts are non-transferable. The Season Ticket Member of record is responsible for their account. For more information regarding our ticket policies, please visit Atlanta Dream Ticket Terms and Conditions.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under three years of age do not require a ticket. They must, however, sit on the lap of a ticketed adult.

What is the refund policy?

ALL TICKET SALES (INCLUDING SEASON TICKETS) ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN EXCEPT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TEAM AND AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY (IF ANY), IF ADMISSION IS REFUSED OR REVOKED, OR THE EVENT IS CANCELLED AND NOT RESCHEDULED, IS A REFUND OF UP TO THE TICKET’S FACE VALUE SET BY THE TEAM (THE “FACE VALUE”). IN NO EVENT WILL THE TEAM, WNBA, OR THE ARENA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES BEYOND THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE FOR THIS TICKET.

How will parking be handled?

Parking can be purchased ahead of time through your Membership Consultant, otherwise it will be $15 at the point of entry.

What is the bag policy at Gateway Center Arena?

The Gateway Center Arena Clear Bag Policy strictly limits the size and types of bags that are permitted in an effort to keep all guests safe while attending an event. Backpacks, purses (other than small clutches), and diaper bags are not permitted. The Gateway Center Arena strongly encourages guests not to bring any bags, however, the following will be permitted:

  1. Each guest may carry one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC no larger than 12” by x 6” x 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  2. In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, guests may also carry in a small clutch purse no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap, subject to search.
