NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED AND OUTSIDE THE SWEEPSTAKES AREA SET FORTH BELOW.

The Verizon Atlanta Dream Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on April 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on April 12, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Verizon Corporate Services Group Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are binding and final in all respects.

1.ELIGIBILITY.

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who: (i) are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes; (ii) are legal residents of Georgia (“Promotion Area”); are the primary lease or mortgage holder with a valid lease or mortgage document for their place of residence; and (iv) are NOT in one or more of the “Prohibited Persons” categories listed below. Any entry submitted by any ineligible person(s) will be void.

Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes: (i) current and former employees (including, but not limited to, consultants, independent contractors, temporary employees, and interns) of Sponsor, Administrator, and of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized agents, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, suppliers, advertising agencies, promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and immediate family members of each such individual; and (ii) all individuals (including, but not limited to, consultants, independent contractors, temporary employees, former employees, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sweepstakes Entities. “Immediate family” members include spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation or other family extension.

2. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period there are two ways to enter: 1) Visit a Participating Location (listed in Exhibit A) and scan a Sweepstakes QR code using an internet-enabled mobile device to connect to the Sweepstakes entry microsite. Accurately complete and submit the entry form, including your full name, email address, telephone number, state of residence and ZIP code. Once you have completed the foregoing, you must agree to the Official Rules and Privacy Policy and click the “submit” button; or 2) visit URL and accurately complete and submit the entry form, including your full name, email address, state of residence and ZIP code. Once you have completed the foregoing, you must agree to the Official Rules and Privacy Policy and click the “submit” button (each an “Entry”). Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 12, 2026. Data usage rates may apply to access the Sweepstakes microsite.

3. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ENTRIES.

Limit one entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. All received entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned, and no correspondence will be entered into. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and/or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified if discovered by Sponsor. The use of automated entry devices or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Any individual who attempts to enter using false contact information or who uses any unauthorized device or artifice to enter using a false identity, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. If there is a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or damaged entries or for technical, hardware, software or device malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes that may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or other failures of any sort, fire, epidemic or pandemic, explosion, act of God, riot or civil disturbance, war, terrorist threat or activity, any federal, state or local government law, or any other cause not reasonably within Sweepstakes Entities’ control. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for printing errors in these Official Rules.

4. WINNER SELECTION

Random Drawing. On or about April 15 , 2026, one (1) potential prize winner will be selected via random drawing by Sponsor, from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential prize winners must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules to qualify for the prize. The judging organization’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawing.

Termination. If Sponsor cancels, terminates, modifies, or suspends this Sweepstakes for any reason (including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes), Sponsor will select potential prize winner by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received during the Sweepstakes Period prior to termination, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Sponsor does so, Sponsor will post notice of its action at URL.

5. PRIZES / ODDS OF WINNING.

Grand Prize. One (1) winner will be selected to receive four (4) tickets to the opening game Las Vegas Aces @ Atlanta Dream game on May 17, 2026 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $1000

All expenses and costs not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, federal, state, or local taxes on the value of the prize, airfare, rental cars, taxes, tips, meals, lodging, entertainment, and transportation are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any portion of prize not used by winner is forfeited and no cash substitute will be offered or permitted. Prizes are subject to all additional terms applicable to use of the prize are subject to the terms and conditions thereon. Prize offered is provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage in delivery of Prize. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received but in no event will more prizes be awarded than are provided for in these Official Rules.

Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS.

Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners via email and/or phone, using information provided on the Entry form. Potential winners will be required to follow prize claim instructions provided and return all necessary prize claim documents within five (5) business days from the date of notification. Potential winners must complete and sign a Prize Acceptance & Liability Waiver and a Publicity Release before the Prize will be awarded (TN residents need not sign the Publicity Release). The Prize will be forfeited in the event that: (i) the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) the prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable; (iii) Sponsor does not receive timely response to prize notification; or (iv) a potential winner declines the Prize offered. If time permits, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by [applying the criteria set forth above]. To claim the Prize, a potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants to the Sweepstakes Entities the right to use winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, hometown and biographical information for purposes of advertising, trade and promotional content in any and all media now known or otherwise developed, including on the internet or via wireless application protocol, without further notice, compensation, permission, or review, including a winner’s list, except where prohibited by law. (TN residents need not consent.) Government employees who win a prize may be subject to ethics and gift rules of their jurisdiction. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for printing errors in these Official Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements (in any and all media/medium) contained in any Sweepstakes materials and terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules will prevail, govern and control.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual from further participation in the Sweepstakes if Sponsor concludes, in its sole discretion, that such person: (i) has attempted to tamper with the entry process or other operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) has disregarded or has attempted to circumvent these Official Rules; (iii) has committed fraud or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; or (iv) has acted toward any Sweepstakes Entity or any other entrant in an unfair, inequitable, annoying, threatening, disrupting or harassing manner. Tampering includes attempting to enter more than the number of times permitted herein, including through the use of any prohibited device or method. If a dispute arises regarding compliance with these Official Rules, Sponsor may consider, in its sole discretion, data reasonably available to Sponsor through information technology systems in Sponsor’s control, but Sponsor will not be obligated to consider any data or other information collected from any other source.

If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. No entrant shall have the right to modify or amend these Official Rules. Sweepstakes Entities' failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Sweepstakes Entities and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

9. INDEMNIFICATION / LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, waive and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, from all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) resulting from the entrants’ participation in this Sweepstakes, the entrants’ acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or element thereof, (including any travel related thereto), including installation of the prize elements, and any travel or event-related activity in connection with the Sweepstakes. Neither the failure of Sponsor to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Official Rules or the failure, delay or omission by Sponsor in exercising any right with respect to any term of these Official Rules, will be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of Sponsor’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance. If there is a conflict between any term of these Official Rules and any entry or marketing materials used in connection with this Sweepstakes, the terms of these Official Rules will govern.

10. GOVERNING LAW.

ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST WILL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY, USA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that: (i) all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or prizes awarded, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court in New Jersey, to which the participant submits to personal jurisdiction; (ii) all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or

consequential damages, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and any other damages except for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Some jurisdictions do not allow for limitations on the ability to pursue class action remedies, or certain kinds of damages, and so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Any personal information supplied by you to the Sweepstakes Entities will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://www.verizon.com/about/privacy/full-privacy-policy and terms of use posted at https://www.verizon.com/about/terms-conditions/terms-of-use. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you authorize Sponsor to communicate with you by text message using your wireless phone number provided in connection with the Sweepstakes.

13. WINNERS LIST.

You may request the name of the winner by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope with the name of the Sweepstakes on the envelope and addressed to: Atlanta Dream Winners List, 1 Verizon Way, 52N132B, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920. Requests must be received no later than 30 days after the Contest ends.

14. SPONSOR.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Verizon Corporate Services Group Inc., One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any advertising platform or social media platform used in connection with promotion of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, those owned and operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, Pinterest, Inc., Reddit, Inc., Snap Inc., Twitter, Inc., and any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
