Power Her Dreams 2-Day College Women’s Basketball Leadership Clinic

In honor of Women's History Month, the Atlanta Dream in partnership with Atlanta Technical College, hosted by Atlanta Metropolitan State College are proud to present the Power Her Dreams Clinic & Leadership Lab. This experience is designed to develop essential leadership skills — including decision-making, giving and receiving feedback, leading by example, and staying composed under pressure. Through the interactive "Leading the Dream Lab," participants will rotate through hands-on stations focused on building resilience, strategic thinking, communication, confidence, and self-reflection — with activities ranging from reframing setbacks and mapping career networks to practicing elevator pitches, navigating high-pressure scenarios, and creating a personal growth plan.
