All three players hit a four-point shot in the game, with Parker leading the team going 3-of-4 from beyond the arc.

LAS VEGAS — The Atlanta Dream trio of Allisha Gray, Rhyne Howard, and Cheyenne Parker combined for 40 points for Team Wilson in a 143-127 loss to Team Stewart in the WNBA All-Star Game on Saturday night.

Howard, a late addition to the All-Star game after Washington Mystics star Elena Delle Donne suffered an ankle injury, led the trio with 16 points. Howard has been named an All-Star in the first two years of her career.

Parker, making her first All-Star appearance in her ninth season, finished with 14 points on 5 of 7 shooting, including 3 of 4 from 3-point range. Parker tied for a team second-best six rebounds.

Gray, also making her first All-Star appearance in the seventh campaign of her career, had 10 points.

The trio accounted for four of Team Wilson’s six 4-pointers, with Howard draining two, and Gray and Parker each nailing one from extra-long range.

Howard, Parker and Gray were the first three players from Team Wilson introduced on an illuminated stage, with a rousing ovation from the sold-out crowd energizing Las Vegas Aces’ home arena, Michelob Ultra Arena inside Mandalay Bay.

“It was amazing, the atmosphere was fun and it was just a great weekend,” Gray said. “It’s amazing to see the support of women’s basketball and the WNBA All-Star Game, I mean it was great. The fans were great today.”
