Over the next 16 weeks, the Atlanta Dream will highlight each of its 17 home games for the 2019 season at State Farm Arena. Fans will learn about the match-up and some fun highlights from around the schedule game.
- The Atlanta Dream welcome its Eastern Conference rival Connecticut Sun to State Farm Arena Sunday, June 9 at 3 p.m.
- The Dream pulled off the tough feat of defeating the Sun three times in 2018. All three games were decided by three points or less, including Atlanta’s incredible last-second win at Connecticut when Tiffany Hayes nailed a three-quarter court shot as time expired on July 17.
- The two organizations are very familiar with each other as both Dream head coach Nicki Collen and GM/President Chris Sienko each worked in Connecticut prior to coming to Atlanta. Dream players Elizabeth Williams, Alex Bentley and Lynetta Kizer were each members of the Sun, while Connecticut point guard Jasmine Thomas has played for the Dream.
Keep an eye out of the next few weeks as we announce halftime acts, new staff and more.
