Dream Set for Tuesday Matchup in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS – The Atlanta Dream will square off against the Las Vegas Aces this Tuesday at the Mandalay Bay Events Center beginning at 10:00 p.m. ET. Fans can stream the game live on Twitter.

The Dream (5-19) and the Aces will meet on Tuesday for the first time in 72 days – the longest amount of time between games in a series for Atlanta this season. Last year, the Dream clinched a playoff spot with a win over Las Vegas on August 8 and knocked the Aces out of the postseason with another win against them on August 19.

Las Vegas (16-9) enters the matchup coming off an eight-point win over the Connecticut Sun on Sunday. The Aces have lost three of their last five games, but still hold the fourth-best record in the league.

Last Time Out: Dream vs. Aces

The Aces jumped out to a huge lead in the first quarter in Atlanta and held a 23-point lead at halftime. Brittney Sykes led the Dream in scoring with 15 points, while the Aces had six players in double-digits, led by Dearica Hamby and Liz Cambage’s 15 points apiece. Elizabeth Williams recorded her 800th career rebound in the game.

The Dream travel to Phoenix next where they will face the Mercury Friday at 10:00 p.m. ET to finish the team’s final three-game road trip of the regular season.
