Dream Host Mystics on ESPN Sunday

Game Notes

ATLANTA – After a quick turnaround from Friday night’s game in Connecticut, the Atlanta Dream return home Sunday afternoon to take on the Washington Mystics at 1:00 p.m. at State Farm Arena. Fans across the country will be able to watch the matchup live on ESPN.

The Dream (2-6) will play their third game in five days Sunday, coming off a 10-point win against the Indiana Fever Wednesday, June 19 and a back-and-forth battle with the Connecticut Sun on Friday, June 21 that handed Atlanta their sixth loss of the season.

The Mystics (6-3) visit Atlanta as the third stop of a three-city road trip. Washington took down Los Angeles and Las Vegas earlier in the week.

Last Time Out: Dream vs. Mystics

This is the second meeting in the series between the two teams this season. Earlier this month in Washington, Tiffany Hayes and Alex Bentley both scored 11 points, but the Mystics ran away with a 21-point victory. The game was a second game of a back-to-back, which had Atlanta playing the Seattle Storm the evening prior in Atlanta.

Atlanta will have a week off before returning to State Farm Arena next Sunday to host the New York Liberty on June 30 at 3:00 p.m. Group and single game tickets are available now. For more information, visit atlantadream.net or call 877.977.7729.
