Atlanta Dream Look for Second Straight Win on Friday

ATLANTA – The Atlanta Dream look to win their second straight game Friday night when the fourth-ranked Minnesota Lynx come to town. The game will tip off at 7:30 p.m. ET at State Farm Arena, and fans can watch the game on WSB-TV Now, ESPN3 or WNBA League Pass.

The Dream are coming off of a 78-75 win over the Connecticut Sun on Wednesday. Tiffany Hayes led the Dream with 18 points, and Elizabeth Williams added 17 points and nine rebounds. Jessica Breland pulled down a season-high 10 defensive and 13 total rebounds in the win.

The Lynx enter the matchup with narrow wins over their last two opponents — a three-point win over the Sun on Saturday and a one-point win over the Chicago Sky on Wednesday. Odyssey Sims led the way for the Lynx in both games with 21 points and 16 points, respectively.

Last Time Out: Dream vs. Lynx

Last week, the Dream began a three-game road trip at Minnesota. After a strong start from the Dream in the early minutes of the first quarter, the Lynx went to work and came away with the win, 85-68. Williams paced the Dream with 14 points, followed closely by Alex Bentley with 10 points in her return to the Dream from competing at EuroBasket. For the Lynx, Stephanie Talbot scored a season-high 24 points and Napheesa Collier grabbed 11 rebounds.
