The Dream will face the Liberty Wednesday at 11 a.m.
ATLANTA (June 5, 2017) – The Atlanta Dream continue its five-game road trip Wednesday with a game at the New York Liberty beginning at 11 a.m. The Kids Day game will be televised nationally on NBA TV.
The Dream (4-2) return to the court after a tough 78-72 loss at the Washington Mystics Sunday. Tiffany Hayes led the Dream with 24 points and six rebounds. After falling behind by as much as 18 points, the Dream fought their way to a one-point lead late in the fourth quarter but eventually succumbed to the home team.
Their next game will be just as challenging as they visit Madison Square Garden to take on Tina Charles and the Liberty (4-3). New York enters Wednesday winners of their last two contests, including an 88-72 victory over Phoenix Sunday. Charles leads the team averaging 20.7 points and 7.9 rebounds per game.
New York took the 2016 series, winning two of three games over the Dream. The team split the two games in New York.

The Atlanta Dream, who is celebrating its 10th season in the WNBA in 2017, will play its home games in McCamish Pavilion on the Georgia Tech campus. Atlanta has qualified for the playoffs seven times, winning conference titles in 2013, 2011 and 2010.
