Dream announce 2018 theme games
ATLANTA – Atlanta Dream single-game tickets for all 2018 home games at McCamish Pavilion on the Georgia Tech campus are on sale now. The Dream home opener is set for Saturday, May 26 against the Dallas Wings.
Fans will have a lot to look forward to in 2018, including the debut of head coach Nicki Collen and the return of perennial WNBA All-Star Angel McCoughtry. The Dream also return 2017 WNBA All-Stars Layshia Clarendon, Tiffany Hayes and Elizabeth Williams and welcome the free agent additions of two-time WNBA Champion Renee Montgomery and former WNBA All-Star Jessica Breland.
Prior to the Dream’s home-opening tip-off against the Wings, fans will have the chance to celebrate the start to a new season with our Coca-Cola Tipoff Tailgate outside McCamish Pavilion beginning at 2 p.m. The afternoon will include games, food, music, drinks for purchase, giveaways and more. The fun continues in-arena, where we will be giving away exciting prizes throughout the game including a grand prize of a flyaway trip with the team.
Other exciting themes for the 2018 season include our annual Kids Day on Thursday, June 14 against Tiffany Mitchell and the Indiana Fever beginning at 11:30 a.m. The organization will celebrate diversity & inclusion with the yearly Pride night on Friday, June 22 at 2 p.m. against Collen’s former team, the Connecticut Sun. The first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive a special Dream Pride t-shirt.
The Dream will celebrate College Day Sunday, July 15 against Elena Delle Donne and the Washington Mystics. All fans attending the game will be asked to wear their alma mater’s t-shirt.
The annual Dream Pink game, which was created to support breast cancer awareness, will take place Friday, August 3 against the Chicago Sky. The first 3,000 fans will receive a pink t-shirt from Grady Healthcare and the Dream.
Finally, we will celebrate our wonderful fans on Saturday, August 11 when the Dream host the Dallas Wings. All in attendance will be entered in to special giveaways throughout the day.
The Dream will publicize more events, activities and giveaways closer to the 2018 season.

The Atlanta Dream, who is celebrating its 11th season in the WNBA in 2018, will play its home games in McCamish Pavilion on the Georgia Tech campus. Atlanta has qualified for the playoffs seven times, winning conference titles in 2013, 2011 and 2010.
