Street Team









SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interact with fans and provide them with an unforgettable experience.
  • Participate in pre-game and in-game activities.
  • Greet fans as they enter and exit the venue.
  • Participate in live promotions and prize giveaways.
  • Represent the Atlanta Dream and serve as representatives for the team.

 

SPECIFIC SKILL SETS / INTANGIBLES TO PURSUE:

  • Outstanding communication skills and a positive, energetic personality.
  • Reliable, punctual and courteous.
  • Good listening skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to respond to any situation quickly and professionally.
  • Ability to work odd hours including evenings, weekends and possible holidays.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 5 games.
  • Must currently be enrolled in college

 

  • On game days arrival time will be two (2) hours prior to tip off of the game. Example: Saturday May 25th the game starts at 7PM, arrival time is promptly at 5PM. After halftime you will be given a ticket to enjoy the remainder of the game. * August 24th volunteers will be required to stay through the 3rd quarter.
  • All Street team members will be invited to participate in a speaker series with the CEO and the Directors / Managers of all departments prior to the last game of the season. This is a great time to ask your questions and get advice on how to get your start in the sports industry. The Atlanta Dream looks for 5- 15 volunteers each game depending on the needs of each game.
