Overseas Update - Nov. 7

The EuroLeague season began this week and two Dream players were on victorious teams, while Aneika Henry made her debut in the Chinese league to highlight this week�s action for the Dream�s overseas players. Updates on all of the Dream's overseas players follow below:

Matee Ajavon � Maranhao (Brazil): Ajavon will be spending her first season with Maranhao, although the Brazilian basketball league (LBF) has not yet begun its season.

Nadia Colhado � Sport Recife (Brazil): Colhado will return to Sport Recife when the Brazilian basketball league (LBF) begins its season.

C�line Dumerc � Tango Bourges Basket (France): Bourges dropped its first game of the French League season after three wins with a 76-72 loss to Villeneuve on Nov. 1, but bounced back with an easy 88-38 win over IMOS Brno in the team�s first EuroLeague game of the season on Nov. 5. Dumerc recorded four points, a rebound and two assists in the route of IMOS Brno. In the loss to Villeneuve, she totaled 25 points, three boards and three assists, and is now averaging 10.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 5.0 assists in four French League games.

Tiffany Hayes � Sport Recife (Brazil): Hayes will return to Sport Recife when the Brazilian basketball league (LBF) begins its season.

Aneika Henry � Guangdong Songshan Lake (China): Henry began her first season in China with Guangdong on Nov. 1 with an 85-75 loss against Bayi. Her team bounced back with a 90-69 victory over Zhejiang on Nov. 4 before falling 78-59 to Jiangsu on Nov. 6. Henry totaled 19 points and 11 rebounds in the season opener, 22 points and 19 boards in the win against Zhejiang and 12 points and eight rebounds in the loss to Jiangsu.

Sancho Lyttle � Galatasaray (Turkey): Galatasaray improved to 1-1 in the Turkish League with a 75-47 victory over Orduspor on Nov. 1, but Lyttle did not play. Her squad then opened the EuroLeague season with a 66-59 loss against Lattes Montpellier on Nov. 5, but again Lyttle was not active.

Angel McCoughtry � Fenerbahce (Turkey): Fenerbahce improved to 2-0 in the Turkish League with an 84-67 victory over Osmaniye on Nov. 1, before opening the EuroLeague season on Nov. 5 with a 84-78 win against Agu Spor. In the victory over Osmaniye, McCoughtry totaled 20 points, six boards and two assists, and is now averaging 17 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in Turkish League games. In the win against Agu Spor, McCoughtry collected 18 points, eight rebounds, three assists and three steals.

Jasmine Thomas � Ormanspor (Turkey): Ormanspor fell to 0-2 in the Turkish League with a 78-72 loss to Edirne on Nov. 1. Thomas started and totaled 11 points, three boards and two assists, and is now averaging 7.0 points and 2.5 rebounds in her first two games with her new club.

Amanda Thompson � ASA Jerusalem (Israel): ASA Jerusalem fell to 0-3 in the Israeli League with a 78-61 loss to Maccabi Ashd on Nov. 3. Thomas had another double-double with 13 points and 16 rebounds in the loss, and is now averaging 12.3 points and 12.7 rebounds in her three games with her new club.
