ATLANTA, January 18, 2011� The Atlanta Dream announced today the addition of Mary Brock and Kelly Loeffler to the team�s ownership group, Dream Too LLC. Kathy Betty will remain as Managing Partner. Brock and Loeffler join Betty as the only all-female ownership group of an Atlanta professional sports team.

Mary and Kelly�s business savvy, philanthropic interests and connections to the community will be a huge asset to the Dream. They share my passion and vision for this franchise and understand its importance to our city.�

Brock is a noted philanthropist and sports advocate. She serves on multiple boards, including the Board of Directors for Horizons National, a program for at-risk youth based in Norwalk, CT with 18 affiliates across the country. Locally, Brock serves on the Board of Advisors for the Winship Cancer Institute and the Board of Visitors for Emory University. She has a particular interest in cancer research and along with her husband John, has funded chairs in biomedical engineering at Emory University and Georgia Tech University. Brock and her husband have been active supporters of the Athletic Director�s Fund and the Alexander-Tharpe Fund for Georgia Tech athletics. Most recently, they funded a significant leadership gift for Georgia Tech's new football practice facility.

Prior to moving to Atlanta four years ago, Brock lived in Connecticut and also spent 10 years in Europe in Belgium and London. A native of Moss Point, Mississippi, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Science and Math Education and her Masters of Science Education in Curriculum Development from Miami University of Ohio.

Loeffler currently serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE). In this position, Loeffler oversees all aspects of ICE�s investor relations, public relations, corporate communications, marketing and brand strategy. Prior to joining ICE in 2002, Loeffler worked in private equity at Crossroads Group, and in equity research at William Blair & Company and at Citi Global Asset Management. She began her career in the automotive industry, holding various marketing and operations roles at Toyota Motor Sales, USA and at Lexus, USA.

A native of central Illinois, Loeffler earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed a Master of Business Administration at the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in Chicago. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Loeffler also serves on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross- Metro Atlanta Chapter and on the Advisory Board for the Gene Siskel Film Center in Chicago.
