The WNBA Atlanta Dream Help Name the 2009 Team Slogan Sweepstakes (�Sweepstakes�) is open to legal residents (natural persons only) of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of 01/09/09 (�Entrants�). Eligible minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian prior to participation. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable (federal, state, local) laws.

How to Participate: Visit www.AtlantaDream.net follow the links to the Sweepstakes registration page and complete and submit the entry form (�Entry�) according to the instructions provided. You must register to participate in this Sweepstakes. Registration is free. To register, complete and submit the WNBA Atlanta Dream User Registration form according to the instructions provided. As part of the registration process, you will be asked if you wish to receive promotional emails from the WNBA Atlanta Dream. Consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and is not required for membership or participation in this Sweepstakes. All Entrants must participate in the WNBA Atlanta Dream Help Name the 2009 Team Slogan on-line poll associated with the Sweepstakes to enter. Entries are limited to one per person and per email address during each day of the Sweepstakes and all Entrants must provide complete contact information (name, address, phone number, and e-mail address) to be eligible to win. Reasonable efforts will be used to contact the winner. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01AM Eastern Time (�ET�) on January 9, 2009 and runs through 11:59:59PM ET on January 23, 2009 (�Promotion Period�). Additional Entries received from any one person or email address during any one day or after the Promotion Period will be void.

Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, garbled, late, lost, misdirected, misrouted or scrambled Entries, emails, transmissions, or communications; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; or other errors; printing errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, computer, electronic, mail or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entry of an Entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. The use of automated or similar devices, including but not limited to Entries submitted using any bot, macro, script, or Sweepstakes service (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of entry) to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and Entries through such devices are void.

Selection of Grand Prize Winner: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected and announced in February, 2009, through a random drawing, from among all eligible Entries received, to be conducted by Sponsor, subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules. Sponsor�s decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email, telephone and/or mail. If an Entrant declines the Grand Prize or is not available for any reason when contacted or if any Grand Prize notification letter or Grand Prize is returned as undeliverable due to inaccurate information on the Entry or for any other reason, the Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and his/her prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor�s discretion, an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected. Grand Prize will be awarded to the person named on the applicable Entry, subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules. If an eligible minor is selected as a Grand Prize Winner, Grand Prize will be awarded in the name of said minor�s parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on Grand Prize Winner set forth herein. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, Entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Entry. �Authorized account holder� is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Sponsor�s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor. Any judging decisions will be made by the Sponsor and will be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner will be awarded two (2) tickets to the WNBA Atlanta Dream opening home game for the 2009 WNBA Season (Approximate retail value (�ARV�) = $50.00 per ticket). Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for travel to and from the game, all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize not specified herein, and all applicable Federal, state and local taxes, including but not limited to any applicable income or withholding taxes associated with winning the Grand Prize. Total ARV of Grand Prize = $100.00. Exact seat locations at game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize details not specifically set forth herein are at Sponsor�s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Grand Prize or any portion thereof, including substitution of WNBA game tickets for a different WNBA Atlanta Dream home game, depending on the availability of opening home game tickets.

Miscellaneous: Selected Grand Prize Winner (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to execute a General Release (including an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a right of publicity release) prior to the issuance of notification of the Grand Prize. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of Grand Prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor�s sole discretion. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all WNBA and venue rules and regulations relating to the use of WNBA game tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game.

Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1) disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, the operation of WNBA.com or AtlantaDream.net, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules; 2) modify or cancel this Sweepstakes should causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, including but not limited to war, strikes, acts of God, unauthorized human intervention, and/or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, and in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, select a Grand Prize Winner from among eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination or suspension; and 3) substitute another Grand Prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of Grand Prize (or portion thereof) by Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor will make the final decision about the WNBA Atlanta Dream Help Name the 2009 Team Slogan, using a variety of criteria, including but not limited to the Sweepstakes poll results.

By participating, Entrants (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) such Entrant�s name, voice, city/state of residence, biographical information, photograph, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for the purpose of posting his/her name on WNBA.com and/or AtlantaDream.net and/or for TV or radio broadcasts and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification; 2.) Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury to Entrant or any other person or death or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of Grand Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes.
